The World I See...

I have always enjoyed documenting nature and the world around me, primarily in New England and Europe. Friends tell me I have an eye for composition. After retiring, I decided to transform my photography avocation into something more serious - which means always having my camera at the ready.

I was thrilled to resume international travelling after nearly three years of pandemic lockdown. In past years, I often travelled to Europe where I would find extraordinary surprises down every trail and around every corner. The above photo of the Cobb breakwater in Lyme Regis was taken last fall while hiking a portion of the UK's Southwest Coast Path.

Abide with Me (above) has been selected for the "PEACE" exhibit  at the Monastery Art Gallery from June 13-April 10.
